Provides a wide range of financial services to small businesses, with emphasis on business loans; processes loans for Directors and Employees who are Assistant Vice President or above; organizes special events; performs inspections of floor plan loans; opens accounts for commercial customers; participates in business development programs; opens new accounts and responds to client requests; performs cash flow analysis of small businesses using LTA software. Performs loan interviews, write ups, approves, processes and closes business loans of all sizes. Processes loans for Directors and Employees who are Assistant Vice Presidents or above. Organizes special events such as the DER and the M&G Trailer shows. Performs inspections of floor plan loans Serves members who walk in without an appointment. Opens accounts for Commercial members. Researches and resolves account and loan issues for commercial members. Prepares and sends monthly interest billings. Assists in maintaining business services files. Reviews business loans for compliance with covenants. Assists with forming and operating a merchant financing program. Assists with projects such as automation of lending by implementing an Automated system such as Baker Hill. Performs cash flow analysis of small businesses using LTA software. High School Diploma or equivalent level of education. Minimum of 2 years experience reviewing financials, assessing loan risk, processing commercial, personal or mortgage loans. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and analysis and reporting of financial data. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Ability to communicate information and data. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. While performing the essential duties of this position, an employee would frequently be required to stand, walk, and sit. An employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds to perform essential position functions.
